Services

Automation when you can. Custom software when you have to.

Three kinds of systems, one engineer, and a plain answer about which one you actually need.

The differentiator

When the platform hits its limits, I build the missing piece.

I configure the platform. When a requirement falls outside it, I engineer the layer around it (APIs, databases, services and apps) instead of a workaround.
  1. Stage 01

    Lead enters

    Forms / Ads / Calls / Website

  2. Stage 02

    AI & workflow orchestration

    n8n / AI qualification / business rules

  3. Stage 03

    CRM & custom backend

    GoHighLevel / APIs / Database

  4. Stage 04

    Action & follow-up

    Routing / Booking / Notifications / Reporting

Fig. 04Where GoHighLevel or n8n can't model the requirement, the gap is filled with a custom API, database or integration service.
  1. P01

    Reliable by design

Retries, fallbacks and failure alerts where they matter. Systems degrade gracefully instead of breaking when a third party goes down.

  2. P02

    Built to evolve

Business rules live in configuration, apart from locked-down core processes, so they can change without rewriting the system.

  3. P03

    Maintainable

Documented triggers, inputs and failure points, understandable APIs and clear ownership. Someone else can change it six months from now.

Capabilities

Every layer of the system. One engineer.

Automation specialists usually stop at the platform. Developers usually never touch the CRM. I work across the whole stack, so nothing gets lost between the workflow and the software underneath it.

Process

Diagnose. Design. Build. Launch.

Every engagement follows the same four steps, whether it's one automation or a whole platform.
  1. 01

    Diagnose

We walk through the workflow as it runs today: where time goes, where data is re-typed, where leads go cold.

  2. 02

    Design

I propose the system: which parts the platform handles, which need code, and how failures get caught.

  3. 03

    Build

Implementation in short, reviewable increments, tested against real data before anything goes live.

  4. 04

    Launch

Go-live with documentation for every trigger, input and failure point, team training, and support if you want it.

Engagement

Project build

A defined system, scoped up front: an automation, a CRM build or an application, delivered and handed over with documentation.

Engagement

Ongoing support

Maintenance, monitoring and improvements after launch, for teams that would rather not run the system themselves.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

01Are you an agency?

No. I'm one engineer. You talk to the person designing and building your system, from the first call to the handover.

02Automation or custom software: which do I need?

Often both. I start with the platform you already pay for and only write code where it can't do the job. That keeps the system cheaper to run and easier to own.

03How do engagements usually start?

With a short call about the workflow that's slowing you down. From there I map the current process and propose a system before any build work starts.

04What time zone do you work in?

Philippine Time (UTC+8), which overlaps US mornings and AU/NZ business hours. I work remotely with clients worldwide.

05What happens after launch?

You get documentation for every trigger, input and failure point, and training for your team. I offer ongoing maintenance if you'd rather not run it yourselves.

Next step

Have a process that should be automated?

Tell me about the workflow that's slowing you down, the systems you need connected, or the application you want to build. We'll work out the right approach.
