Automation that runs the busywork.

I design and build automation systems for agencies and service businesses: GoHighLevel workflows, n8n pipelines, and the AI steps, APIs and webhooks that connect them. Each one is built to handle failure and stay understandable after handover.

Scope

What I build.

Most automation freelancers stop at the edge of the platform. I'm also a full-stack engineer, so a missing feature becomes a custom API, a webhook service or a small app, not a dead end.
  1. 01

    CRM automation & pipeline management

Multi-stage GoHighLevel pipelines with conditional routing, behaviour-based tagging and scheduled follow-up sequences. Workflows branch on lead source, engagement level and qualification criteria.

  2. 02

    AI qualification & routing

LLM steps that return typed, validated output, not free text, so scoring, prioritisation and assignment can be trusted by the rest of the system.

  3. 03

    Webhook & API integrations

Bidirectional syncs between your CRM and payment processors, scheduling tools and custom databases, with retry logic and logging so nothing is lost to rate limits or network failures.

  4. 04

    Multi-step orchestration

n8n, Make.com and Zapier workflows that run across five or more platforms: capture → enrichment → qualification → CRM entry → notification → follow-up, with no manual hand-offs.

  5. 05

    AI receptionists & booking

Voice and chat agents that answer, qualify and book appointments straight into the calendar, with a clean hand-off to a human when the conversation needs one. Echo Call Solutions runs on one I built.

  6. 06

    Sub-account builds & team training

End-to-end GoHighLevel sub-accounts: pipelines, funnels, calendars, custom fields and snapshots, plus documentation and training so your team can run them.

Automation workflows

Workflows I build, end to end.

The automations agencies and local service businesses ask for most, from the first trigger to the result on the contact record.

AI Voice Receptionist & Missed-Call Text-Back

For local service businesses: dental, med spa, HVAC

Every missed call gets an instant text back. In business hours the front desk is pinged; after hours an AI receptionist calls the lead back and books straight into the GoHighLevel calendar.

n8n canvas: missed-call webhook, business-hours check, GoHighLevel contact upsert and instant text-back SMS, Slack alert or AI callback, then appointment booking and call-summary logging.Open full size ↗ (opens the workflow screenshot in a new tab)

Workflow

  1. 1Missed call hits the webhook
  2. 2Contact upserted + instant text-back SMS
  3. 3Open → front desk alerted on Slack
  4. 4Closed → AI receptionist calls back
  5. 5Booked in GHL calendar, call summary on the contact

Outcome. No caller goes unanswered, and every booking lands in the calendar with a summary attached.

Speed-to-Lead & No-Show Recovery

For agencies and service businesses running lead ads

New leads get a text and email with a booking link in under 60 seconds, booked calls get reminders, and no-shows go straight into a rebooking sequence.

n8n canvas: new-lead webhook, GoHighLevel contact and opportunity, instant SMS and welcome email, reminder sequence, no-show recovery sequence and the showed branch.Open full size ↗ (opens the workflow screenshot in a new tab)

Workflow

  1. 1Form, Facebook lead ad or landing page
  2. 2Contact + opportunity created in GHL
  3. 3SMS + email with booking link in under 60s
  4. 424h and 2h reminder SMS
  5. 5No-show → rebook SMS, then a final email
  6. 6Showed → deal advanced, review flow (W06) starts

Outcome. Leads are contacted while they're still interested, and missed appointments get a second chance automatically.

Daily Ads + Pipeline KPI Report

For agency owners

Every morning at 7:00, ad spend is joined to real CRM outcomes, so the owner sees cost per lead, cost per booked call and ROAS without opening a spreadsheet.

Review Generation & Reputation Protection

For local service businesses

After each visit, customers rate privately first: happy ones get the Google review link, unhappy ones get an apology while the owner is alerted.

n8n canvas: appointment-completed webhook, rating request SMS, reminder, customer reply parsing, and routing by rating to a review link, owner alerts or team follow-up.Open full size ↗ (opens the workflow screenshot in a new tab)
  1. 1Appointment completed (GHL or W02)
  2. 2Private 1–5 rating SMS two hours later
  3. 3One gentle reminder after two days
  4. 44–5 → Google review link, tagged promoter
  5. 51–3 → apology + callback, owner alerted

Outcome. More public reviews from happy customers, and problems reach the owner before they reach Google.

Process

How an engagement runs.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We walk through the workflow as it runs today: where time goes, where data is re-typed, where leads go cold.

  2. 02

    Design

I propose the system: which parts the platform handles, which need code, and how failures get caught.

  3. 03

    Build

Implementation in short, reviewable increments, tested against real data before anything goes live.

  4. 04

    Launch

Go-live with documentation for every trigger, input and failure point, team training, and support if you want it.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

01Do you only work in GoHighLevel?

No. GoHighLevel and n8n are where I spend most of my time, but I also build in Make.com and Zapier, and I write custom code when a platform runs out of road.

02Can you fix or extend automations someone else built?

Yes. I start by auditing what exists (triggers, failure points and duplicated logic), then decide with you whether to repair, refactor or rebuild.

03What happens when a step fails?

Workflows I build retry transient errors, take fallback paths for missing data and alert a human when something genuinely breaks. Nothing fails silently.

Next step

Have a process that should be automated?

Tell me about the workflow that's slowing you down, the systems you need connected, or the application you want to build. We'll work out the right approach.
